- 내용: The main principle governing the dynamics of lithium-based batteries is the insertion and de-insertion of lithium into active materials. Currently, both lithium-ion batteries that use liquid electrolytes and those that use solid electrolytes are subjects of active research. In each of these applications, the fundamental principle—namely, the dynamics of lithium insertion and de-insertion—is key to understanding their operational principles. In the first part of my talk, I will discuss how lithium inserts into active materials and how dynamic spatial distribution controls overall behavior, or spatiodynamics. In the second part of my talk, I will present the dynamic evolution of active species during electrochemical catalytic reactions, such as water splitting and CO2 conversion
